METHOD OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS TO SHAREHOLDERS

Pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Listing Rules”), under the expansion of paperless listing regime and electronic dissemination of Corporate Communications that came into effect on 31 December 2023, the Company has adopted the new electronic dissemination arrangement.

We will not distribute printed copies of Corporate Communications published by the Company in accordance with the Listing Rules to shareholders by default. All shareholders can access and download digital copies of Corporate Communications published by the Company in accordance with the Listing Rules on the Company’s website (https://ir.jdhealth.com) and the HKEXnews’ website (www.hkexnews.hk). You will need to proactively check the Company’s website and the HKEXnews website to keep up with the publication of Corporate Communications.

We will also send Actionable Corporate Communications to shareholders individually in electronic form by email. If we do not possess your email address or the email address provided is not functional, we will send the Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form together with a request form for soliciting the shareholder's functional email address to facilitate electronic dissemination of Actionable Corporate Communications in the future.

Key terminology
• “Corporate Communications” mean any document issued or to be issued by the Company for the information or action of holders of any of its securities, including but not limited to (a) the directors’ report, its annual accounts together with a copy of the auditors’ report and, where applicable, its summary financial report; (b) the interim report and, where applicable, its summary interim report; (c) a notice of meeting; (d) a listing document; (e) a circular and (f) a proxy form.
• “Actionable Corporate Communications” mean corporate communications that seek instructions from holders of its securities on how they wish to exercise their rights or make elections as the Company's shareholders.
